Netiv Ofakim vineyard. A small vineyard adjacent to the winery on Mount Carmel. The vineyard was planted with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The topography of the vineyard is a steep slope facing the sea with small terraces. The Soil structure is a thin bed of terrarossa soil over limestone ledges. The vineyard is Organic, barely irrigated and fanned regularly by the sea breeze. Under these conditions, the vines produce few clusters with small, concentrated grapes.

Shfeya vineyard. The Vineyard is located in the Shfeya valley surrounded by the Carmel Mountains. During Daytime the vineyard enjoys west winds coming from the sea and at night the cold air of Dahlia gorge drains into the valley and temperatures drop. The Large temperature difference between day and night is ideal for grape ripening. The vineyard soil is clay with stones and pebbles above a limestone bedrock. The varieties in the vineyard are Carignan, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Grenache and Mouvedre.
